The Fort Collins Board of Realtors named Mary Ann Michels 2009 Rookie of the Year at their annual holiday event on December 10.  This recognition is awarded to a Realtor who has completed his or her first year in the real estate business successfully and has demonstrated professionalism, a commitment to education, and a high level of service to the Board of Realtors and the community. 

Clint Skutchan, Executive Vice President of the Fort Collins Board said, “It’s a difficult economic time to break into the business, but Michels has excelled in sales, involvement in the community and advancing her own education.”
