The Group, Inc., Real Estate, announced that Greg Bever, has joined their Harmony Office as a Broker Associate/Partner.  Bever, owner of G. Bever Construction for over 30 years, is a Fort Collins native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.  He is a Past President of the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association and Past President of the Colorado Association of Homes Builders.  He was recognized as the 1985 Builder of the Year by the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association and 1992 Industry Person of the Year by the Colorado Association of Home Builders.
