The Group, Inc. Real Estate is taking steps to help Northern Colorado residents avoid foreclosure.  Over 100 Group Realtors have earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert designation after completing extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales.  In addition, a Short Sale Transaction Coordinator has been added to their staff to assist Realtors with the process of short sales.
